Medical Assistance Coordinator – Travel Care

We are looking to recruit Registered Nurses to strengthen our daily medical case handling for Nordic customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering calls and e-mails, case registration, case handling and assistance coordination
• Medical screening/triage and escalating complex cases to our contact doctors
